Chair of the Board of Trustees

MAP’s current Chair, Alan Waddams, is stepping down in October after four years. We are looking for a skilled leader with a track record of success to take on this role at a time of significant opportunity for the charity.

This is a high-profile public position where your dedication and enthusiasm will guide us in our efforts to help create a future in which all Palestinians can access a sustainable and locally-led system of healthcare. MAP Trustees - voluntary

Being a Trustee of MAP is an exciting and fulfilling role. The most effective Boards benefit from individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds, experiences and skill sets. We are looking for new Trustees with skills and experience in the following areas: public health, community psychosocial services, media, diplomacy, fundraising, finance or international law.

Purpose of the role: To be responsible as part of the Board of Trustees for the overall governance and strategic direction of the charity, developing the organisation’s aims, objectives and goals in accordance with the governing document and legal and regulatory guidelines.
