The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Finance and Procurement Managers, ensuring effective task delegation and team empowerment. Responsibilities include managing financial and accounting matters, maintaining financial controls, and ensuring compliance with MAP’s policies. Regular account reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, and support for audits and regulatory compliance are required. The role also involves participating in procurement, coordinating external audits, reviewing partner expenditure reports, and monitoring financial controls. Additionally, it includes budget monitoring, forecasting, preparing financial reports, and supporting donor requirements.
We’re looking for someone with substantial experience in a senior financial position, preferably within an NGO, with experience in implementing financial control systems and procurement procedures. Experience working with partner organizations, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, managing staff, and handling internal and external audits is required. Excellent skills in financial management, staff management, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, are essential. The candidate should have a professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a license from a recognized accounting institute being an asset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and office supplies, while supporting equipment maintenance and document management. The individual will assist with new hire onboarding, process payments, and conduct inventory reviews. They will also support procurement by preparing tenders, collecting bids, and interacting with vendors, ensuring compliance with policies. Additionally, the role includes administrative support tasks such as managing petty cash, handling expenses, and maintaining secure cash storage.
We’re looking for someone with demonstrated experience in logistics, administrative, and purchasing functions, with a background in organising travel logistics for medical missions. Experience with NGOs, especially INGOs, is desirable. The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, as well proficiency in IT skills, particularly in MS Office. A university degree in business administration, management, or a related field is essential.
