Serious allegations have been made by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs about a humanitarian organisation providing health services in the occupied Palestinian territory with whom we work in partnership, contributing funds to one of their projects alongside other well-respected international donors.
We are concerned that no evidence has been provided to corroborate these allegations. However, in line with Charity Commission guidance, we have suspended funding to the project until we have further information.
We will continue to operate within the terms of our mandate and ensure that everything MAP does is lawful and consistent with Charity Commission regulations.
