Fears are growing that Gaza is experiencing a third wave of COVID-19, as the highly infectious Delta variant of the virus continues to spread throughout the densely-populated area. This threatens to overwhelm Gaza’s already fragmented and under-resourced healthcare system and its exhausted workforce.
