68% of people living in Gaza are food insecure - there has never been a more critical time to support our malnutrition project.
Baby Asmaa’s future was uncertain as she lay fighting for her life. At just 20 months old, Asmaa was visibly wasting away as she was admitted to a clinic with chronic malnutrition, rickets and anaemia. Conditions that would strike fear into the heart of any parent.
Gaza’s closure, widespread unemployment and a crumbling infrastructure mean many families in Gaza are unsure where their next meal is coming from. This is one of the reasons why the malnutrition project is so important to families living in and around Gaza - especially as it’s the only one of its kind in the densely populated city of Khan Younis. It provides reassurance and stability in incredibly uncertain times.
Will you help secure the future of Gaza’s most vulnerable children with a gift today?
