Our finances
We are accountable
Our goal is to use every donation efficiently and transparently to deliver lifesaving humanitarian and development work, and uphold Palestinians’ rights to health and dignity in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt) and Lebanon.
- We rigorously monitor how funds are spent and ensure resources go to the most impactful and urgently needed work.
- All our work complies with international regulations and sector standards, guided by a rigorous approval and oversight process that reflects global best practices.
We are open and honest
We believe transparency builds trust and trust builds impact.
That’s why we’re open about how we work, where your money goes, and who’s leading the way.
You can find everything from our governance and finances to who’s on our board, in our annual reviews and fully audited accounts – all available on our website for anyone to explore.

We are grounded in equality and human rights
We are unwavering in our opposition to all forms of racism and discrimination. We reject:
- Anti-Muslim hatred and racism
- Anti-Palestinian racism
- Antisemitism
- Xenophobia
- And all other forms of discrimination - whether based on race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or other factors.
In everything we do, we stand for inclusivity, justice, and the fundamental rights of every individual.
Gender equity in practice
We integrate gender equity across all stages of our work. Gender equity is built into how we plan, budget, and deliver.
At every stage, from setting priorities to evaluating impact, we make sure our programmes are inclusive, accessible, and responsive to gender-specific needs.
Evidence-led. Locally driven. Built to last
We base our work on reliable data and proven evidence – so every intervention delivers the greatest possible impact.
But we go beyond short-term aid. By investing in local systems and sharing knowledge, we support Palestinian communities to lead the way in creating lasting, sustainable change.
Together, we’re not just responding to needs – we’re helping build a stronger future.
Reaching those most often left behind
We’re committed to making sure everyone, especially the most marginalised – can access the care and support they need. This includes:
- People with disabilities
- Women and girls
- Children
- Older people
- Those living with long-term health conditions
Protecting the most vulnerable
We work in challenging, high-risk environments, having all safeguarding in place is essential.
We hold ourselves and our partners to the highest standards to protect children and vulnerable adults. Our safeguarding policies are regularly reviewed, and all staff receive thorough training to help keep people safe.
