Medical Aid for Palestinians at 2026 Annual Party Conferences
The Foreign Secretary has announced a “comprehensive reset” of the UK’s approach to the occupied Palestinian territory. Recognition that Israel’s occupation is unlawful, and the commitment to implement a suite of policies in response is a hopeful signal that the UK is finally ready to take action against Israel’s settlement project and policy of ethnic cleansing after decades of inertia.
This must mark the beginning, not the end, of a wider reset of UK policy that upholds Palestinian rights and international law.
This year, Medical Aid for Palestinians will be taking part in a series of events at party conferences to share the latest updates and analysis from our teams in the occupied Palestinian territory, and discuss what steps the UK can take to ensure that policy reset is grounded in international law and accountability, and upholds Palestinians’ rights to health, dignity and self-determination.
