Our vision

A future in which all Palestinians can access an effective, sustainable and locally-led system of healthcare and the full realisation of their rights to health and dignity.

Our values

We know we can only do what we do with the trust of the Palestinian communities we work with, as well as all our donors and partners. We are deeply committed to earning and maintaining that trust. This is built on a foundation of accountability, transparency, and our core values that guide everything we do: solidarity, dignity, impact and integrity.

Solidarity

We put solidarity into action. We work collaboratively as one MAP team, side-by-side with local partners, volunteers, and communities in genuine partnership, to challenge injustice together.

Dignity

We champion inclusion. We work to ensure those often unheard or underrepresented can lead, participate and shape decisions.

Impact

We deliver lasting change. Our work brings tangible, sustainable impact to Palestinians who need it most.

Integrity

We earn trust. In every action and relationship, we are transparent, ethical, and accountable, and always operate with integrity.

Our strategy

In 2022, we developed our strategy to guide our work from 2023-2027. Since then, the Palestinian people have been plunged into an era-defining, generational crisis and a time of unprecedented and existential uncertainty.

Today we stand at a pivotal moment. Our Strategic Focus 2025-2028 redefines our direction in light of this new and challenging context. It responds to the realities facing Palestinian people living under Israel military’s occupation and as refugees in Lebanon and to the urgent need for our work to adapt in tandem.
