This Nakba Day, we Stride together.
From 15 May - 26 June 2026, walk, run or push 186km and complete the virtual journey from Nablus to South Gaza, receiving stories from our projects along the way.
Despite a so-called ceasefire in Gaza, Palestinians are still being killed, denied healthcare, and forced off their land. Your help is needed now more than ever. This isn't just a virtual challenge - it is solidarity in action.
We are Striding for health, we are Striding for dignity, we are Striding for Palestinians.
How do I take part?
This is a virtual challenge - meaning you can take part anywhere, at any time, and at any intensity.
You could choose to walk or run on a treadmill, run or push laps of your local park, go on scenic hikes, or a blend of anything you like that suits your accessibility needs – it’s up to you.
Log your distance on your fundraising page manually or with the Strava app, and track your progress. As you move along our virtual map, you'll reach milestones and receive stories from our projects and our digital Stride stamps for your socials.

"My favourite part of Stride was the sense of collective movement. Being part of the group chat and following everyone’s progress made it feel bigger than any individual page. It genuinely felt like solidarity in action. If I could offer one piece of advice to future participants, it would be not to underestimate the power of their voice. You don’t need a huge platform - just clarity about why it matters and the willingness to keep showing up. The campaign reinforced for me how awareness and consistency translate into impact."
Andrew, Stride for Palestinians 2025
"My favourite thing about Stride was feeling like I was finally taking action in a meaningful way. I had been feeling quite helpless and unsure how best to help, so I was incredibly grateful when I came across this fundraiser. At the time I was also going through a very tough journey with IVF and struggling with my mental health, so the walk helped me personally as well. It gave me a space to clear my mind and focus on something positive."
