How to leave a gift in your Will
Write or update your Will for free
Creating or updating your Will is easier than you might think - and it doesn’t have to cost you anything. A basic Will can be written for free in a few simple steps through our trusted partners, Farewill and The National Free Wills Network.
If you live in England or Wales, start your Will now, either online, with a local solicitor, or by telephone.
If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you can write your Will with a local solicitor or by telephone.
If you live in Ireland you can you can write your Will with a local solicitor.
You’re under no obligation to leave a gift to MAP when you use this free service, but we hope you’ll consider making this powerful and lasting pledge to stand in solidarity with Palestinians.
Types of gifts
There are several ways you can leave a gift in your Will to MAP
Residuary
This is the remainder of your estate once other legacies, debts, taxes and expenses have been paid. A gift to MAP can be all or part of the residue of your estate. This type of gift does not devalue over time like a pecuniary gift.
Pecuniary

An item
You can leave us something of value, such as a painting, property or shares.
A reversionary gift
This gift allows you to leave your estate (or particular assets) to a named individual for their lifetime, but after they pass away the share you intended for Medical Aid for Palestinians will be passed to us.
