Decades of discrimination, violence and poverty have taken a devastating toll on the health of children living under Israel’s military occupation and as refugees.

We are working to give every Palestinian child a healthier start, and a chance at a brighter future.

  • Addressing malnutrition in Gaza: with rising levels of anaemia, wasting, stunting, and micronutrient deficiencies, we are seeing more children in need than ever. We provide therapeutic food, supplements, and medication, along with food packages and cooking lessons for parents to sustain healthy diets at home.
  • Saving newborn lives: since 2008, we’ve supported the establishment of neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) in Gaza and equipped hospitals with essential medicines, equipment, and neonatal life support training for doctors, nurses and midwives - helping babies survive and thrive.
  • Preventing disease: we support immunisation efforts, including polio immunisation, to protect children from preventable illness and strengthen community health.
  • Supporting families: our programmes include psychosocial support and counselling for children and their caregivers, recognising that healthy children depend on supported, informed families.
  • Lifelong impact: by combining prevention, treatment and education, we are working with local partners to break the cycle of poor health and create better futures for the next generation.
