In December, Haitham Al Saqqa, MAP’s Programme Assistant in Gaza, joined MAP colleagues in Geneva to brief states both on the right to health of Palestinians and on the rights of Palestinians with disabilities, ahead of Israel’s Universal Period Review (UPR).
